Megasquirting the volvo engine

Two words to sum up wiring my car:
O LAWD

Srsly, I thought my car was hard enough to wire up with the pinto and carbs...

I don't even know where to begin I've got the engine loom that came with the engine hooked up but the external wiring diagram for megasquirt may as well be in chinese

On the plus side, all my lights, handbrake switch, brake switch etc etc is still the same as when I wired up my old car so it's just engine stuff but still...

Stepper IAC?Relay for FIdle solenoid? lol k

ITT: someone comes round to my house and wires up my car. kthnx!

I suspect it's 'Waltham on the wolds' Can't miss it as it has a huge transmitter mast there.
Rather local to me too. I've never touched MS I'm afraid , but if you're still stuck, I could come round later in the week - two heads and all that.

Cheers,
Bill

Yeah it's Waltham on the Wolds. Home of a huge mast, masterfoods world HQ (used to be pedigree petfoods), two pubs within 4 meters of each other and I think... that's it.

Tea, biscuits and some cake would be a good start point. If it turns into a long day (as it can where wiring is concerned) then possibly a pasty for lunch (easy to eat whilst working) and then a beer for when the work is finished and the engine is purring like a kitten

I'll bring my `wiring box` - I`ve wired a few car's , so I've built up a bit of a collection of assorted connectors , plus all the surplus stuff from wiring my megasquirted V6 .
