Are you talking about traditional clocks or digidash.

My DD2 needed a telltale on dash for hazards so the warning light worked with ignition off. Apart from that i believe all instrumentation sold by ETB is SVA compliant.

I can only say that mine were... not sure if there are different bezel options, but mine have the rolled edges and were fine.
