will fit a zetec unit?

How much difference is it compared to a MT75?

I've got a bell housing that enables to mate with pinto which I have been reliably informed has the same mounting face as the zetec.

Not having a built on bell housing like the mt75 means with just a new bell housing it could be mated with a duratec or large range of other engines.
