Hi guys, I'm in the process of mating up a zetec engine with a Type 9 gearbox, but am missing the metal plate that goes between the two.

Anyone got one lying around?

Cheers
Gareth

If and when you get one it will still need a piece welding onto it as there is still a gap.

ps cvh to t9 plate will also do the job.

Its just as easy to cut one out out of a bit of 16swg sheet. I made mine with what was left from the floor.

I made the one for my v6 - type 9 out of 0.8 aluminum with a jig saw, looked quite nice all shiny and much better than the steel ones. Just find some card and press it up against the bell housing to make an impression (a thin coat of grease helps to leave a mark) of the flange then cut it out and transfer the template to the metal.
