Hi Matt
Photos of my alternator bracket, I may need to get a smaller alternator and reposition it under the water pump as its present position is right next
to exhaust

Not sure if you have enough 'bite'
on the waterpump there Paul.

Hi Andy
never been on road yet, still building, I have ran engine for about 30mins 3 times revving to about 4000rpm to check things out. Cooling seems ok but
will have to wait for a long road run to be sure.
As this is my 1st build I have alot to learn so any opinions are welcome
Cheers Paul
Get some longer bolts for the alternator, i dont think theyre long enough
Good effort. As you say, you might need to protect the alternator from the heat of the exhaust. Will it not go on the other side or higher up?
