I may just being lazy, however instead of my scribble all over bits of paper for my wiring diagram is there any free software that will enable me to put something together I can read and understand if I don't look at it for 2 days?

I have found ExpressSCH (part of ExpressPCB) really good and easy to work with, can add lots of notes along side, can easy export to bitmap image for printing etc

Its free, no limitations at all
