good afternoon friends
tell from what car you set a wiper linkage w/motor? but my car LHD.
usually a mini, thats a real (old stylie) mini not the BMW cheap copy type
Citroen Ax wiper motor is a good type.
It is a single wiper, so i fitted a linkage where the wiper is ment to go, to drive two seperate wiper linkages.
Thhe brilliant thing is the mechanism is smooth, unlike a crank drive of most wipers.

mines from a mini, very simple and so easy to modify to suit any needs

Apart from the wiring, which is - er - unique!
It is an easy mechanism, and the novel 'wiper park' wiring is not too hard to overcome.
MGB or any BMC product sold in North America in the 50's and 60's all LHD

It should do both depending on which way round you put it all together.
If you can get a second hand Lucas 14w motor - the rest of the wiper kit would be a lot less to buy !
We have a few reconditioned and tested motors that would reduce the cost of the kit by £25. The full kit will be cut to size and ready to fit on our
car. The wiper system can be modified to park on either the left hand side, or the right hand side.

I used a motor and assembly from a 3 wiper Lucas system from an MGB. Mount the motor solidly though, if not, you'll have all sorts of problems.
If doing again, I'd have gone to Steve at SVC and just bought a system from him, and if I have another brain problem and do this again, I
will.
B Poccie? He zhayu... Ubau!! (EBay) Can't do Cyrillic here unfortunately!!

The MGB used the 14W Lucas wiper - 3 wipers for USA spec cars - 2 wipers for the rest of the world.
All the Cobra wiper kits we make for the Australian market are 3 wipers as they need a bigger swept area than over here.
GT40 cars are single wipers- all use the 14w motor.
The motor needs to be fitted with the metal strap that has a rubber strip fitted to it - and there is a rubber moulding that goes under the motor to
keep it still and stop noises being transmitted to the car body. Although, on a "7" replica you may not hear this!
