Help with wiring unknown type of alternator

can anyone help me figure out the correct way to wiring this alternator. i was given it for free and it was brand new and fits so it would be a same to disguard it

ah..........
i think what you have there is an alternator that is quite often used on small plant..
it looks like it does not have a diode pack/in built regulator .
if so the regulator you need is a small alloy finned thing about the size of a fag packet which you will need to wire in separately.
any chance of a side view..
in case i,m talking tripe

I'd say B to battery, F to switched live (field) E to earth, but thats just an educated guess.
