I have done the engine wiring and very happy with it looks neat.
Wiring is my last big job on the car i'm not too bad at wiring but take forever... need to wire up all the lights, horn, dash switches (savage),
Handbrake, ETB dash and sensors, fan. All the lights and sensors are mounted on the car.
Can anyone recommend someone/auto electrician that would wire the car up for me? doing a neat job all in conduit p/clipped round the car. Anyone know
roughly what this might cost how long it would take?
Im in Kenley, surrey and its a mk indy r1
dunno about local to you but I'd say a day to day and a half
8 to 12hrs
at £ 20 to £45 per hr
and £20 to £40 for clips/screws/convoluted tubing etc.
So
£180 to £540 for a firm to do it IMHO
A lot of money although I would find trusting an auto elec who quality of work I dont know hard now thinking about it
If you can DIY I always would- then if it breaks you might have a clue how to mend it.
Then again I need to mend my rear lights (the nearside brake and running lights are switched- not noticed at SVA mind you!!!) but can I work out which
wires go where? Can I hell
