Does anyone know where you can buy the above from, I am leading a hoon this Sunday and need to use my Satnav so need to install an accessory socket
I have seen a few fitted to some of the cars on here, but I need to fit it tonight so need to buy it today
dont think they are waterproof with the cap off and plug in - if your needing a 12v or summink like that you can get sockets which are proofed. charger - dont think iv seen one
Mount it in the foot well, that should make it waterproof.
There is one that is water tight but only when used with the plug provided, its a normal style cigar lighter style but has o-rings fitted.
it is made by a company called marinco
ill see if i can find some info

Thanks for the replies, I know they are only waterproof when you have the cap in and not the charger etc

At least, but then you could also get some antifoul, some fenders and a load of completely useless tat.
