Just a quicky,

The big red wire can take a lot, but you have relays available so if you are running big loads use a relay.
You don't want lots of amps running through the dash.
As the ignition switch is A SWITCH it also has contacts that can burn out and the big wire that goes in needs a big wire out unless you have a relay.

A bit more info, what are you trying to do?

It will carry a fare load but as they are a bit hard to find now I would use it to switch a 70a relay. That will be plenty.

Easy to find, just follow the big blue oval! But they are £40 a throw though

Cool, cheers guys,
Will use a 70a fuse, cant really remember what my plan was, because I will have a load of relays anyway?
