Anyone ever increased memory recording capacity of a Digidash1
MK9R - 19/10/10 at 11:22 AM

I have a digidash 1 which does everything i want, except the logging only records for 20mins before the memory is full. Has any every increased the memory or have any idea how to do it??

Depend how its stored internally.

Can you open the cover and see what the storage medium is.

Might be easy might be nigh on impossible.

What is the chip?

Is it socketed - i.e. in a holder or fitted direct to the PCB?

Worth a go Austen.

I'll speak to our electronic engineers, they should be able to identify the memory device and advise any options.

There are companies that specialise is collecting and selling obsolete components - they may be pricey though.
