Welcome to the forum Barny
What engine is it?
I think I would start by trying it with a mechanical gauge to check the engine is ok. If it is then you can start to troubleshoot the wiring.

Barny,
Not sure if you've got the manual. Below is a link to the pdf file on the ETB website.
http://www.etbinstruments.com/DigidashDownloads_Pdf/2007/DD2_Lite%20Manual/DD2%20LITE_user%20manual_v1.05.pdf
OPA is a oil pressure warning as follows:-
Oil Pressure / RPM Alarm
This alarm shows the oil pressure has dropped below the specified oil pressure
limit, at an engine RPM higher than the set level. (e.g. Below 20psi when RPM
is greater than 2000).
Could be that the values are set to low, faulty sensor, or indication of poor oil pump performance. Worth checking with a mechanical gauge as said in
another reply first.
Hope that helps.

I have got a busa engine in it. Do I have to fit a aftermarket pressure sensor to it to work?
Probably need to tell the gauge what the resistance to pressure figures of the sender are
