Hi all. I know it's probably been done to death, but I can't find what I want using the search so.....

What rating would everone suggest for the charging lines from alternator to starter/battery?

I was thinking arond 3-4sq mm?

It's a standard Sierra alternator (with the Lucar 3-pin connector (2 large + 1 small spade)

Guessing that its a 55 amp alternator you should be using 6 sqmm minimum, preferably 10.
