Hi Guys

A bit of a strange one this! I'm looking for some aluminium knobs to fit a 1/4" hex shaft with a pop up retaining pin. I think early MG's may have used this kind of fitting for heater controls?

Ideally, i'd like something like this


I've found
Lucas Control Cable & Switch Knob (MGA part AHH5362) on eBay (end time 06-Mar-11 17:32:32 GMT) on eBay but need something a bit more grippy.

I need them to go onto these these. The plastic knob is sh*t (although may be IVA friendly) and not suitable for an historic Elan. I'm going to be using two of these switches - lights/horn and wipers/wash. That's 2 switches on the dash instead of about 5 or 6!

Any ideas?
