Just before I hard wire this all up properly can I check with anyone who is using ZX6R carbs with TPS the correct wiring configuration please. I`m using Megajolt ignition.

Megajolt black wire (Earth) to Black/Blue wire on TPS
Megajolt Orange wire (Return Signal) to Yellow/White wire on TPS
Megajolt White wire (+5v) to Blue wire on TPS

If I use my voltmeter across the Earth and Return signal wires when I open the throttle I am getting a voltage increase so I think this is all ok but just want to make sure before I solder it all up!

Don't know the colours, but the signal wire should connect to the wiper (centre connection on the TPS) and yes the voltage should increase with throttle opening.
