A question for the mighty LCB'ers.

I have a complete engine bay loom from a 99 mondeo but cant seem to find th
crank pick up wires.
Usualy its a thick sheilded cable but tere just isnt one to be seen.

Can anyone help please.

There not shielded on the Mondeo or eec4~5 cars except the autos. Shielding was only used on the cars with edis.

Whats the code on the ecu ?

Think you will find its

ecu pin 21 white/red -- crankshaft position sensor +.

ecu pin 22 brown/red --crankshaft position sensor -.

I dont have the ecu yet warren.Its still in the car.
