Button 12v White LED Marker light/lamp Truck/Bike/4x4 on eBay (end time 03-Apr-11 09:31:44 BST)

Button 12v Amber LED Side Indicator light/Repeater/GOOD on eBay (end time 02-Apr-11 00:59:45 BST)

i just got some of the amber ones for side repeaters, but wondered if they'd be any good for front indicators and sidelights? can't find anything about e marking, minimum sizes etc in the manual. can't see an issue, except maybe the white ones being too bright? but what with DRLs now.... i don't know. at £4.40 each, and free post, i think they're a bargain.

They look okay to me. If they meet the rules regarding sharp edges I personally can't see any problems. I wouldn't have thought being bright for sidelights should be a problem as a lot of top end motors have LED for sidelights these days, Audi, BMW, Range Rover etc.

So have I, Blake - they are really bright - have a look.... (don't know about suitability for front indicators, though - don't see why not? You would need a resistor in circuit as they are LEDs.

think they look good for the price. i've got a LED flasher unit anyway steve, so should be alright for that.
fingers crossed then! just go 2 yellow for now, will think about the front ones. they seem bright enough to overcome being so small lol
