just seen the ACE-8XXX-XX on the Acewell websight however no one seems to have it for sale. Does any one have any more information?

The Acewell brochure is always somewhat ahead of real time due to them obviously not wanting to update the brochure every 5 minutes & they always tend to be a little optimistic in lead times on the new products, for instance the 5XXX series was scheduled for Spring 2011, we actually got it just b4 Xmas! The 6XXX which is basically the same electronics as the 8XXX series, but in a plastic case rather than billet ali was due last Summer, I believe I should have the first units this Spring, the 8XXX will follow shortly after.

As I say the brochure times are optimistic, but the products won't be released until they are happy they have been tested properly & everything is up to scratch. HTH
