does anyone know how to make a fuse tester ie wire to battery then small light or buzzer and then the prong or prongs as i want to test 20 amp fuses to see if they are ok or not

or buy Blade fuses with led tell tales built in --- the led light up when the fuses blows.

You've basically described it! A battery, 3 pieces of wire, a bulb (or buzzer). Connect them in series (any order you like). Try the circuit to ensure bulb or buzzer works, then cut one of the 3 wires and insert your fuse, if it lights/buzzes it's a good un. Next fuse.

Multimeter on continuity setting works for the job.

Get a cheap multimeter and learn how to use it.
It will pay for itself over and over
