Looking for some advice on disassembly of an EV6 injector connector, how do I remove the red insert?

I assume that once it's removed it is the same as other AMP style connectors in that a small flat head screwdriver will release a plastic tab allowing the metal crimped connector to be removed from the back of the housing.
