Hello,
i am looking for a battery for the Tiger Cat that i am building.
Engine is Sierra 2.0 EFI SOHC.
I can find the standard battery , and even if it will fit perfectly in the car (dimension 242 x 175 x 175 mm), i have a problem because, the + is on
the right but i would like to have the + on the left.
So , can anybody give me a reference of a identical battery but with + on the left ?
thanks in advance,
Gerardo
Can you not like, turn it around?
Turn it around by 180 degrees terminals will now be the right way round for what you want but at the back of the battery, if that helps.
If not;
Halfords HB015, HB072
those are the ones I have with the +ve on the left.
Type 078 (alpha romeo 75) measures 242mm x 173mm x 188mm, so 11mm taller is closestI can find?
There is likely to be a variant with reversed terminal layout but it won't have Ford bolt through lug terminals for example type 076 or
Type 077 or type 058.
You will probably have to buy a big name brand such as Exide or Varta for an unusual terminal layout.
Tayna batteries should help
