Where is the best place to buy Headlights from? id like a pair preferably black, but not sealed ones as i want to be able to change bulbs and lenses. im not bothered if i have to 'refurbish' them

ooo and also do the front indicators have to be E marked? as im looking at some cheap bike indicators to mount on my nose cone but i dont think many of them are E marked
