24v water temp gauge in 12 v sy

Looking at getting a water temp gauge to match others (voltmeter, fuel).

Found one but it is listed as 24v.
The bulb voltage is not an issue but matching sender may be.

Is it likely that there is a 24 v sender or would the gauge be designed to be used with 12 v sender? The latter means it draws 2x current of 12 v gauge.

I dont know what vehicle the gauge is from but if necessary i could make a circuit to drive it, obviously is simpler not to.

Finakly a question that has stumped the locostbuilders collective. TBH didnt expect to get many answers.

Contacted the seller with the guage who had a 12 v which would match better the ithers. £ 40 though but been trying to track one for a few years....

Jaeger gauge. Triumphs and other 60, 70s british car had them but not like the one i want.

Photo here. The type im after has horizontal lower segment with horizontal lines, like volt and fuel gauge.
