does any one have a source for a M12x1.5 oil pressure switch and conector? I have looked on ebay but only seam to be able to find the switch not the conector as well.

A BMW engine loom + sensor should do the job - it's a bit of an overkill way of getting the connector but the looms are plentiful and cheap on Ebay.

Are they not just standard junior connectors like injectors?
