Hi all,
I've been offered a s/h acewell dash, what are the general thoughts about quality etc of these things?

Worked fine on my MNR. Only thing that I didn't like was the tacho. Difficult to see when your on it and the fact I prefer an analogue dial.
Have one in mine. So far so good.
Pleased with mine. Been running well for 4 years now. They are not a premium product, but are very good for the money. Mine is flush mounted in the dash and has proved very waterproof! Easy to buy extra senders from the web site, e.g. add oil temp. There seems to be plenty of coniguration options to get the RPM and MPH calibrated just right.
So not too bad then, would £75.00 be a decent price to pay?

I would say depends on model/spec, condition and if senders/loom are included.
My top of range (at the time) was £150 at Stoneleigh instead of £200. So, if yours is a decent model and complete, sounds pretty reasonable.
