Full Beam and Head Lights

Been wiring up the Head lights today and i have a question.

On most ford cars, with the head lights on, when you flash the full beam, the head lights stay on, when you turn on the full beam ( pushing the stick towards the dash ) the head lights will turn off.

Is this an SVA requirement? Using the Luego Relay pack, i cant think of an easy way of doing this.

I'm going by what the last post says . Can't see any easy way of getting them to flash using the Luego loom either

If the Lueog relay pack has a relay for high beam and another for dip beam, you should only need to put a link in on the switches so that it fires the high beam relay from a live feed on pin 31 to 56a which is main beam, make sure main and dip arnt reversed else it wont work

This is often the case in twin headlight setups and works well. Of course, if you have only a single headlight and therefore single (twin filament) bulb you will quickly burn out the bulb.
