High-level brake light position

Can anyone tell me the location limits for a high-level brake light?
I can't find any dimension quoted in the SVA draft or anywhere else.

I would like to fit it at the top of the rear panel (cutting a slot just under the top lip) which puts it about 720 mm above ground level. One of the benefits is simpler wiring, not having to go through the roll-over bar.
But it doesn't really look as if it's high enough to be considered 'high'.

Otherwise it's going to be a fabricated housing to hang under the roll-over bar.

Cheers, chaps.

As far as I am aware, as long as your normal brake lights are in the correct position auxillary brake lights can go just about anywhere you like as long as they comply to the following:

1. They are not forward facing
2. They were not designed for another intended purpose (i.e. you cannot fit a spare set of rear fog lights and pretend they are aux brake lights)

If its a purchased off the shelf aux brake lamp you should not have any trouble at all.

Thanks, Mr Silex.

It's an LED strip unit from sVc.
