Can anyone tell me if the lighting supplied by a british manufacturer will be suitable for me to build in Germany? Im mainly concerned about headlamps as I drive on the right here.

I wouldn't think so. Most UK headlights dip to the left. However, there are others available which may be suitable.

ISTR any head lamp made by Hella can generally be switched by rotating the bulb. but check first.
