I've got sierra column switches in my mk indy with hazard switch on top horn button on the end of one stalk but the wiring for light relays and horn depend on wether the switch gear is 83BG or 87BG one is switched live one is switched earth how do I tell which switch I have

that sounds like the start of the part no,it will be stamped on the switch somewhere
