Found myself a suzuki swift alternator. Makes the rascal one look chunky.
Can anyone help with wiring. Socket is not labelled.

ah ha! thats what i have too. that puts my mind at rest, lol

basically it has a sticker on it (well mine does) that tells you the layout of the plug wiring. the top horizontal terminal is unused. the bottom left terminal is ignition switch and the bottom right is warning lamp

Tiny units aren't they?

Most of them say the top terminal is unused but on some it is a sort of voltage monitor that connects back in to the main loam someware.
