I think I've finally figured out why I can't get my lights to work in my Velocity.
I have the std Relay pack and loom from Luego which I understand is designed for +Ve switching. The cleaver people at Ford had both +Ve and -Ve
column switching stalks. Guess which ones I've got!
So just want to check that I get it right.
Do I just put a ignition switched live or +Ve feed onto the wires that should have had their feed from the switches and then connect the earth wires
to the column switches that I have?
OR does anyone have a spare set of column switches which switch +ve, that I could purchase (and to save me the hassle)?
This has taken me Bl**dy ages to phathom out!

I may have a spare set of Switches in the garage but will need to check on this later today. If I have I am Willing to swap them for your older earth
swithching ones.
will post a pic if I get out to check on them but off work today ill ( dont even feel up to doing anything on the car)

Just checked they are BG87 type...is this what you need?

Just tried my theory out and it seems to work apart from the main beam flash which only works when the ignition is off.
So now I'm down to just one problem! Any ideas as to what the fix is anyone?

I think your switches are the same as mine except mine have the rear wash wipe function too, so are probably ? -Ve switching: Thanks for the offer
