I have a westield alternator, can anyone tell me what connects to the 3 terminals, looks like i have an unused one.....which might explain why the light sometimes flickers on...

B+ thick brown or red wire which goes back to battery ie alternator output. D+ thin brown/yellow wire field wire goes back to ignition warning light. W terminal not used.
