decided to put my speedo pick up on drive shaft inner cv joint,trub is it isnt gererating a signal from the joints surface,ive tried double sided tape across joint but still no joy,any ideas???

Glue a bit of a fridge magnet onto it??

we have more speed camers than street lights here so i want to know how fast im goin,fridge magnets goin on tonite

sorted,for future refrence the cv joint casing aint very magnetic so about 15 fridge door magnets glued to the joint will have the desired effect.
