My indicators are flashing very fast.

Background..

Relay melted.
Relay that melted has/had 2 spade outlets and I cant read the voltage.
Tried 12V 21amp relay with 3 spades
1 is live in 1 is live to switch 3rd 1 is earth.but they flash fast..

check all of the bulb wattages

when i fitted bike front indicators mine flashed at twice the required speed & i had to find different wattage bulbs to get the to flash at the required rate

Did they ever work properly?
Are you sure that it was a relay with only 2 spades?
Is it just a round silver unit with 2 spades at right angles to each other?
If it is, it is a hotwire flasher unit.
Some are for indicators and others for hazards. Some are for indicators plus one repeater. If you use the wrong wattage unit or incorrect wattage lamps then it will flash fast. This is to let you know that one of your lamps has blown when the correct unit is used.
If the original was 2 pin, maybe you should simply replace it with another 2 pin to keep things simple!

You mention a 21 Amp relay? You should be using a 12V flasher unit capable of handling 50 Watts (2 x 21W + 5W repeater)

As already said, check your wattages are correct as this is normally the reason for fast flashing.

3w motor cycle bulbs in front indicators.
changed to 21 w and all is ok
