Hi All,

tried to wire the horn up last night using a savage switch and i couldn't get it to work, I'm not normally to bad with electrics, I cennected the +12v to pin 1, the switch and push had no effect, only permantely sounded on pin 3 , and nothing on pin 2. and ideas?

many thanks

Isn't it a switched earth. You need to earth one side of the savage and then connect the other to the horn.

+12v in on pin 1.

When you put the switch on, +12v comes out on pin 2 on the same side.

Simple.

Try swapping the wires round on the horn as I know this worked for me.

The confusing bit with savage switches is that they are basically 2 switches in one. In most applications you just use one set of terminals.
