I havn't got a picture but i would expect most cars are the same. My dash that i want to use and my steering column both have plugs that fit to the loom that is in the car.
How do i know which wire leading to the plug does what?
If you understand all of that, you deserve a medal

All cars are not the same so buy a haynes manual for it and check the wiring diagrams.

If you are using a Sierra column then look in my archive for a pin out diagram.
As for your dash .... I havent a clue
