What type of batteries are you guys using in kits? I'm looking for something to fit in a 180mm square, in an MGB which had 2 x 6v batteries, but want to go single 12v. 40 - 50 Ah.

i'm using a oddessey pc680 it's tiny but cranks over the cross flow on my noble and zetec on the luego no problems i can get measurements tommorow if any good

It's suprising just how small a battery you can get away with if it's a good starter, Ive used an 063 (what many 1300-1600cc cars use) to start a Ford 6600 tractor which has a 4cyl DI diesel of about 4000cc!
