Morning all

Well the electrical numpty strikes again! I'm currently wiring up my gauges and suprisingly everything was making sense for once!

Until that is I got to the speedo sensor (the type used with 4 magnets) It has two thin wires coming out of the back, problem is the diagram for the speedo shows only a single connection between sensor and speedo.

Logically where else could the other sonsor wire connect to other than the gauge?

Thanks for any elp and appreciate peoples patience answeing stupid questions like this but electrickery really baffles me.

As ^^^^^^ one goes to the guage and the other to earth.

it's to do with the magnet inducing an alactrical pulse which the speedo reads

As above however... my gauge instructions stated that you should always connect the sensor earth wire to the earth connector directly on the guage so you got a clean signal...
