Where have people found the cheapest place to get car batteries from? Need one for a 2.0 mine is gone after standing uncharged for too long.

It's worth considering something like an Optimate. I killed 2 batteries @ £20 each before seeing the light and getting one!!

Ive got a Halfords charger with a maintain mode that I now leave connected and turn on every few days for a few hours.

Looks like I did this a bit late for this battery as it wont hold any charge.
