Can anyone give me any advice on setting up a speedhealer.

I have a '03 R1 with a 3.62 diff and 205/50R15 rear wheels.

I believe I need to put in an offset, how do I determine the offset is there a simple calculation.

The ofset should have no effect on the rollign radius of the wheels.
