stumbled into the sport by chance last year, so still a novice...............be warned the pain is addictive

got a few more races planned this year, finishing off with Ironman Wales

Bloke at work came in one day and announced that "he was now married to an Ironman",
there was a bit of a hush and everyone stepped back 3 paces
until he announced that his wife was now doing triathlons with some success
