Do I need a special plug or can I just run off of one or all these conections?

If I recall correctly it just connects the two outer contacts. You can check by measuring resistance on the two and pressing the button on top.

Mine is only wired with 2 of the connectors - im sure its the outer 2.

If you dont have the Ford plug you should be able to get female spade connectors to fit.

This is how I did mine:

I am using two sensors (two resevoirs). the circuit starts with a 12v supply, and ends when it goes to ground....

^^^ 4.7 mm spades will fit.

it has been posted before so search; if you struggle I cna take a look.

but from memory, two of the contacts are common - it allows you to wire the handbrake switch to the cap.

the purple circles are the 3 terminals on the cap. you need to figure out what is connected to what! Rescued attachment brake_sw.JPG
