Megajolt wire shelding

in other posts by me, i have asked some questions about tuning and fitting my megajolt. in these post you guys have been very helpful. however there has been some debate about where to connect the shelding from the wire connecting the VR sensor to the EDIS and the wire conneting the EDIS to the Megajolt.
i have however followed the instructions ( for the 1st time ever) and used shelded cables, but the instructions also says to wire the sheld to pin 7 on the EDIS-4 (please see diagram below) Have i made a mistake??????

the sheild needs to be grounded, but ONLY at one end. pin 7 is an earth if i remember right, so it should be fine to earth both to there. to stop interference (which is what the sheild is 4) works best if they are both earthed to the same place

if you've got a mutimeter, check continuity between pin7 and whichever is the negative power connection. continuity will confirm if its an earth (i think)

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

For your TPS wires and figuring out which is which, have a look at this thread.
