TPS Question... megajolt
I'm really new to all this. I've got my megajolt assembled and bike carbs fitted. Had to add a TPS because my zx6r carbs didn't have
one.
The question is can i set my megajolt to the TPS. The tps (from a ford) doesn't fully open when i'm at full throttle. Can i set the
megajolt so it thinks 75% is 100% reading... if you see what i mean.
Thanks
Dan

the load axis calibration menu should help you set the maximum travel on the TPS i beleive. but you will need the PC connected to MJ to set it
from the top row of menus, choose 'tools' then load axis calibration. there's a calibrate button on there

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

should be, but without connecting it all up, i can't be entirely sure. i've not wired my MJ up yet, but if you go into the menu, and start
the calibration, its says make sure the throttle is fully closed and click ok, thats where it ends for me, but i assume the next one will be fully
open the throttle and click ok, so it then knows the minimum and maximum values

Yes, you can calibrate the TPS - basically you set it to calibrate with throttle closed, fully open throttle and finish the calibration.

Agreed.
Calibration is simple, click calibrate, leave shut, click, hold open, click. Done.
Obviously you dont want 0-100 to become 20-25 because use loose all accuracy but mine is about 5-80 with the dellortos and the vauhall tps i used.
