acewell clock not working.

Does anyone know if there is a battery you can change in an acewell. The clock on mine always resets to 12:00 when you turn the ignition off and doesnt stay displayed. All the other memories stay so there must be some power still there.

I think the clock needs to have a permanent live supply to the dash to keep the time right. Everything else is remembered even if the power is removed/batt disconnected so sounds like you dont have a perm live?

As above you need power for the clock to count time. Memorry does not require power, just like a USB memorry stick.
