headlights part 2

well, they arrived this morning! very nice too. But theres no hints as to which of the three pins is which, on the main bulb. they're laid out as you'd expect, like this:

cheers tim! mines the top one i think. I just got back from the garage, where i was trying to balance wires on the terminals to see which did which! damn fiddly.

is the dipped beam the filament that has a metal shield over one side?! last question i promise!

cheers vince, i got it working eventually anyway, by trial and error!

'cept dip and main work without the key, and sides only work when its running... doh!

If you're using the Sierra ignition switch take power to the dip and main relays from the black and yellow wire and they will go off when you switch the ignition off.
