motorbike battery on a car
Hi all,
Is a motorbike battery capable of running my x/flow westfield, if so does anyone know which size I should go for?
I was thinking of using one because of limited space and also cosmetically I could hide the battery.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Normalish bike basttery?
Running it yes, but starting it no!
Look at one of the high output racing (Odessy) batteries for sma;ller lighter car cranking capacity

Thanks for the reply, I thought that starting may be the problem. I will look into the odessey ones.

The Odyssey is definitely your best bet - The PC680 is fitted to some MotoGuzzi bikes but they will easily spin up a V8.
Cheers,

When thinking outside the box doesn't work any more, it's time to build a new box

Not sure if this is a good idea on an Xflo.
xflo starting can be a problem because they generally use a lot of static ignition advance because of this this hot starting places a bigger than
average load on the starter & battery.
