head lights
Just a quick question, I have just finished wiring the car, using premier loom. Just wanted to check, should the headlight be live when ignition is
switch on a permanent live? cause on mine, without the ignition on the lights could be switched on.
Just want to confirm, sorry if it does not have the electrical lingo but and way out my depth

As far as I understand, as long as the sidelights come on without ignition that is the minimum requirement. If the mains come on that is probably OK.
Not 100% sure but someone will be along to let you know soon I'm sure

Normally all the lights are fed from a single live feed to keep the looms simple and cheap. As sidelights should work with the ignition off that
normally leaves all the lights able to work.
