variable load flasher relay

Morning all

Need your help this morning. I'm trying to source a variable load flasher relay to allow me to use a mix of bulb and LED indicators. A Google search brings up loads but they all seem to be for bikes therefore less bulb/LEDS involved. I'm only swapping the front indicators to LED so there'll still be 5W side repeaters and the rear 21W to consider.

Any assistance on a 3 pin relay which will allow me to run LED and bulb at the same time would be much appreciated.

Many thanks and have a great Easter.

I'm using LED on the rear with standard on the front and my 'normal' indicator relay works fine, so I would get them fitted and try it first.
